Mark Howell - President

Mark Howell is a 3rd generation IT professional. His own IT sales and service expertise dates back to his junior year of high school in 2004. Working as a freelance computer repair technician, he discovered early on what customers valued most: quick, honest service. He and his wife Deirdre stay busy raising their four children, ages 13, 11, 2, and 1. Outside of IT, ask him sometime about:

Daniel Maynard - Service Desk Lead

Daniel Maynard is an IT Professional who has been working for Darke Cloud Solutions for over 5 years. He grew up in Alaska, and after moving to Ohio in 2009, became interested in computers. As a young teen, he began managing IT at the church he attends. The last decade has been spent honing his people, IT, and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, you can find him spending evening and weekends:

• Tinkering with electronics and lighting

• Filming amateur photography/videography

• Playing disc golf or ping pong with friends and family

Brenton Scott - Security & Governance Lead

Brenton Scott is responsible for the security program, service integrity framework, and governance standards that keep the company — and its clients — on solid ground.

Brenton brings experience overseeing full-spectrum IT leadership for SMBs — defining strategy, managing infrastructure and vendors, owning budgets and executive decisions, and directly supporting critical systems, ensuring the standards and security programs he builds at DCS are grounded in strategy and operational reality.

If there's a clear, documented answer to a security or compliance question, Brenton built it.
